In accordance with the Norwegian Cancellation Act (Angrerettloven) and EU Consumer Rights Regulations, consumers
purchasing office supplies and equipment from Cey-Link Import Subramaniam have a statutory right to cancel and
withdraw from their purchase agreement without stating any reason.

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL PERIOD (14 DAYS)
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will
expire 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical
possession of the ordered office goods.
2. EXERCISING YOUR RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g.,
a letter sent by post or an email to bcharhmc@outlook.com). You may use the attached standard withdrawal form
below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right
of withdrawal before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.
3. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL & REFUNDS
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard
delivery (with the exception of supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least
expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your
decision to withdraw, or upon receiving the returned office items (or proof of return shipment).
We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction,
unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
4. RETURN OF GOODS & RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
You shall send back the office items or hand them over to us at Landskronaveien 137, 2013 Skjetten, Norway without
undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this
contract to us.
Return Shipping Fee: You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless explicitly stated otherwise or in
cases where the item provided was incorrect or defective.
5. CONDITION OF RETURNED ITEMS & DIMINISHED VALUE
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to
establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the office equipment or stationery. Consumable items (e.g.,

opened ink cartridges, unsealed paper reams, personalized desk items) must be returned unused in their original
condition.
